About Us
JAi's Strategic Advisory Team
The Justice Access Initiative is guided by a multidisciplinary strategy advisory team with deep experience in law, AI, public policy, and economic development—united by a commitment to expanding equity, justice, and opportunity for under-served communities.

Our team includes two highly awarded attorneys, one of whom also serves as a legal educator in Washington D.C., and another, a native of Los Angeles, who has advised on numerous social justice policy advocacy efforts. Both have dedicated their careers to representing underserved groups and advancing civil rights, housing justice, economic access, consumer protection, and systemic reform through litigation, education, and advocacy.
We are also supported by a former program and grant manager who led one of San Francisco’s largest publicly funded economic development programs, supporting under-invested entrepreneurs and community members seeking to build generational wealth and stability in the bay area.

Additionally, our team benefits from a former senior project advisor with extensive experience shaping and advising over $21 billion in infrastructure investments, civic campaigns, and CA state legislation. The JAi's team's work centers on mobilizing disproportionately served populations, expanding access to public resources, and building more inclusive economic systems across California and the United States.

Together, JAi's strategic advisory team combines legal expertise, government experience, and a people-first mindset to support bold, practical strategies that remove barriers and drive transformative change.
